[Continued from: Sin has Fallen]
As the boat cut smoothly through the water, sending spray up on either side, Xelha flapped her wings slower, circling, before landing on the top of the mast, seated. She yawned slightly, studying around them. The sun was sinking lower into the sky, and she was tired. And divided in three ways,
Part of her wanted to fly down and ask Yumio, who was leaning on the rail, looking bored, when dinner was, and yet she also wanted to ask where she could sleep. And the third part of her just wanted to stay up here until the sun had completely set. So pretty..., she thought, watching the sea begin to eat away at the sun. A sunset on the sea and a sunset on a cliff were two entirely different things. She'd have to stay up here and watch. Just for a little.
Xelha seperated her arms from her wings, folding them up and tucking them away. Now, she appeared human, sitting way up high. A wry smile touched the corner of her mouth. Yeah, right.

Yumio should have been doing something. He should be helping. He should be doing something to help out. But no, everyone had everything done already. He leaned against the railing, bored. Maybe he could take a swim...No! If he was needed, he should be ready at all times. Besides, what did he need from a swim?
He got up and walked a few steps before the boat rocked to the side suddenly, throwing him back where he was. Stupid traveling, he thought to himself almost in disgust. A feeling too fammilar caught up to him and he instictivly brought his hand up to his mouth and leaned over the rail before puking. Maybe this was why no one wanted him to help out. Good on them.

The sun was swallowed up by the sea, and Xelha spread her wings, keeping her arms free, and flitted off the top mast. With it almost winter, the sun was setting earlier and earlier, and she still hadn't eaten dinner yet. Her stomach growled slightly, as she soared through the sky, landing on the deck, not far from Yumio.
He was throwing up over the rail. Xelha sucked in her breath. Traveling must not agree with him. That must suck really bad. Deactivating her +Anima, and taking a few steps toward him, she put a hand on his shoulder. "Yumio? Anything I can do for you? You look awful."

"No, no" Yumio said. "I'm fine" he said. It's not like he was sick, really. It was jus the boat, not some accual sickness. He held his hand up half way in the air and instantly Kinain came and gave him a rag. Yumio took the rag and wiped his face with it. Dammit, why couldn't he just stay at Sailand? Why did his crew have to rely on him so much.
"Why don't we get some sleep. Tomarrow will be a rough day" he said.

Sucks. Xelha didn't overly like the rocking of the boat, but she could deal. Too bad for Yumio. She waved at Kinian when he came by. It was kind of funny how he came at the wave of a hand... "Yeah. You'll have to show me where I sleep, though. But..."
Xelha held up a finger. "First, please direct me to the food. I'm starved!" As if on cue, her stomach growled rather loudly. Her face turned bright red, embarrassed. Stupid stomach. Tapping her foot slightly impatiently, the redness of her face slightly fading away, Xelha waited for Yumio's answer, praying that her stomach wouldn't growl again before she got some food into it. Next time, it might be in front of more people than just Yumio, and Kinian, if he had heard. Now THAT would've been embarrassing.

"Haha, sure, sure" Yumio said. He led Xelha down to the kitchen on the boat. In there was Memi, still making dinner. "Is everything ready, Memi?" he asked.
"No, sir. Not yet. But if you're hungry there's some dried food in the pantry you can snack on" she said. She flipped back her brown hair so that it wasn't in her way of cutting some vegitables.
"So, yeah, what she said. Just don't take too much, okay" he said with a wink as he left the kitchen to find a bed. Any bed, really. Just something to sleep on.

The redness of Xelha's face faded away as Yumio led the way down to the kitchens. Thank goodness! She really needed food, any food, right about now.
Xelha half-considered sticking her tongue out at Yumio as he left, but decided against it. That would be rather immature. Instead, after waving a merry hello at Memi, she went quickly to the pantry. There was food there, though it might not be the best she'd ever eaten, so she'd survive.
After grabbing only a bit (a handful of dried meat and two handfuls of dried fruit (she wasn't sure what kind)), Xelha left the pantry, closing the door behind her until she heard a satisfying click, then stowing the food away in a pouch she had handy on her right hip. Waving a good-bye to Memi, Xelha strode back up to the deck, hanging over the rail as she began on the fruit. After this, she'd have to find a bed.

Entering a room at random, Yumio unbuttoned his suit jacket, drapping it on a near by chair and laying down on the bottom bunk of the bunkbed. He looked up and then to the side and smiled. Kinain had just dropped off a waste bin. Yumio got up and grabbed the bin, bringing to the side of his bed before laying back down.
He layed in bed for a while before dozing off, and then finally falling asleep.

Finishing up her food, by which time the sun was far below the horizon, Xelha strode off the deck and back down the stairs, going in the direction Yumio had earlier. He should know where the beds were, right?
Xelha went down the hallway, opening doors quietly, and then shutting them if they had occupants or there was stuff inside. After opening only a couple of doors, Xelha had found the one Yumio was in, and he was already asleep. She paused a moment, smiling, before realizing what she was doing, and, blushing, shut the door quickly. The next door she opened, though, was empty, with a set of bunk beds, so she dropped her pack by the bed, shutting the door behind her, and, removing her black jacket, as she had a tight black tank on underneath, curled up on the bed, literally, before quickly falling into Dreamland.

Waking up the next morning to a loud knock on his door. It was Kinain, and he was shouting something about lunch time.
"Alright! Alright, I'm up" Yumio said. Wait...lunch time? He had slept in that much?! He had much to do and everyone let him sleep in to lunchtime.
"Ha, kidding" Kinian said with a chuckle. "It's breakfast" he informed Yumio before walking off, probably to the dining room down the hall.
Yumio simled as he got up from his bed before pulling on his jacket and slipping his feet into his shoes. After which, he left his room to down the hall for the dining room. In there was a stack of flapjacks, maple syurp, fruits (apples, but a varity of them), and milk. He took a seat and began to serve himself up before noticing that Xelha wasn't at the tabel yet.
"Memi?" he asked. Memi popped her head up from eating a flapjack. "Can you go knock on Xelha's door?" he asked her. She nodded and left the room.
Memi knocked on the door, saying "Xelha, breakfast is ready" before going back into the dining room to finish up her own food.

A knock cut into Xelha's dream, which featured a variety of characters, from Yumi to Cin to Kalas. "Xelha, breakfast is ready." A voice resounded, somewhat loudly, in Xelha's ears. Footsteps signaled the person leaving, and Xelha half-considered going back to sleep, but since she was up already... Her stomach was feeling empty, too.
Sitting up from her somewhat-fetal position, Xelha stretched her arms, before slipping on her long black jacket/shirt. Opening her door, Xelha found the way to the dining hall, mostly by the noise and smells. Flapjacks, apples, milk... They're was a bit of a spread, not much, but a decent amount. Slapping a few flapjacks onto her plate, along with a decent amount of syrup, she grabbed an apple, and made her way over to Yumio, sitting down next to him.
"Mornin'" Xelha yawned, before starting on a flapjack, tearing into it hungrily.

"Did you sleep well?" Yumio asked, then taking a bite of an apple. It, of course, was from a trade. Fruits in Sailand were very expensive so they couldn't pass it up. Stealing food isn't that easy. Maybe he'll give that task to Cin later in the summer. Ha, definatly not in winter.

Xelha nodded, swallowing the last bite of her first flapjack. "Like a rock. I even debated sleeping through breakfast, but my stomach wouldn't allow it." She took another bite, chewing it quickly, and then swallowing. "You?"
She then turned her attention back to her second flapjack, eating it just as quickly as she had polished off the first. Xelha was hungry. Then again, she was almost always hungry. It took a lot out of you, flapping up there in the sky. The land +Anima had no idea.

"Good" Yumio said as he finished the last of his food. Sure, he hadn't eaten much, but he didn't need to, or want to. Espically not after last night. He looked over at Xelha and smiled. She seemed to like eating her fill. Made sense. As a +anima, you don't get many job options and just barely getting by with the minnimum is hard enough as it is. Luckily, for him, it's easy to make good money since, what he's doing now, is what he had been doing long before.
"Lookin' forward to getting to Asteria?" he asked Xelha when she seemed not so into her food.

Xelha swallowed the last bite of her final flapjack, nodding before downing it with a glass of milk. "It's been a bit since I've been home." She wiped her mouth with a napkin, and then continued. "I've gotta find my brother. He cannot do well on his own at all."
Taking a bite of her apple, and then chewing and swallowing before her next statement, Xelha continued. "It'll be nice to see him again. That is, if he's doing alright. He's got asthma, and I've got his medicine. And it's not exactly easy to get. At least, legally." Not that Kalas would ever do anything against the law.
