((XD yush, shes so awesome))
Taron looked up, and then stood up straight, but the world spun and he swayed slightly on the spot. He wanted to tell her how he wasnt afraid of some stupid wolves, he wanted to snap back and make her give him some space, he wanted to just be left alone...but he couldnt, all that came out of his mouth was 'mmmm..' He eyed the dead wolf one last time, trying hard not to throw up, and then let himself be led by her. Clora smiled, but Taron was in no mood really to smile back, so he just nodded simply. The wind blew bitterly, but this time he quite enjoyed it. It seemed to be blowing away all of the bad feelings, and cleared his head.
'I'm okay now..'

"Are you sure?" Clora asked, then shrugged. "If you say so. I think we went this way, I can see the hill."
As Clora began tugging Taron along, she felt guilty. So very guilty. Maybe if she let go of his arm... She let go and... She still felt guilty. He said he was alright so he had to be alright. But... Sometimes when people say they're alright it means that they're not alright. Clora groaned and looked at her feet. People are so confusing! Why couldn't they just bark and growl and whine?! No there had to be sarcasism and lying and those horrible little jokes that people find funny like 'Your mum's dead'.
Clora looked at Taron, narrowing her eyes. Maybe if she squinted hard enough she could read his mind and not feel guilty because he really is okay. She gave this up when she tripped over for the third time. She needed another plan... How about asking if he's really alright? Oh but, hadn't she already done that? He could of been lying. But he might lie this time too.
"Taron, are you really alright because I feel really bad and the guilt wasn't travelling through my arm so I don't know why I feel so bad but I do know why I feel so bad and that's why I'm asking you," Clora blurted out. "Pleeaase don't lie 'cause I'm not that good with people and their so confusing and they hurt my head a lot. Are you really okay?!"

Taron blinked as he was assaulted with all of these words and questions. Clora really was too easily excited, and easily distressed. He sighed and grabbed her wrist gently.
'Clora, i'm fine!' he said quietly, but firmly. Clora was lovely, really hyper, outgoing, anoying, energetic...infact she had so many personality changes that pretty much any word could be used to describe her. But despite that, he was glad she cared atleast. She was definitely not someone to be described as as heartless. 'i'm fine' he repeated, staring into her eyes. She had to get the message, else he guessed she wouldnt let it go for the rest of the day. 'Dont worry, you've done nothing wrong, so dont feel guilty, okay?'
After a silence, Taron carried on walking, mentally counting how many times Clora tripped. Well it kept him busy anyway...

Clora blinked (and tripped over). "I have done things wrong. I bumped into you yesterday, I kept you up all night, I almost got you killed. I have done a lot of things wrong." she followed behind Taron like a chick again. She liked doing it for some odd reason. At least she could resist the urge to shout 'GO FASTER MOTHER HEN!'
The hill was steep. Clora found herself surprised. How on earth did she walk up that?! She wondered if they should walk around the hill, surely a couple of extra minutes to the inn wouldn't hurt... Unless Taron suddenly died of starvation and exhaustion. It could happen!
"Do we walk up the hill, or around." Clora asked. "If we walk around we'll have to walk longer, if we walk up we'll have to put more energy into it."

'Clora! I dont care about all of those things!' he looked at her, and just caught sight of her tripping over again, though this time, he just smiled, chuckling a little. 'You havent left me, like everyone else, hm? so dont feel guilty'
Taron's head tilted up as they approached the hill. It did seem alot steeper than he remembered. What Clora didnt know was that Taron was a pretty good climber. In fact, he was better off going uphill than he was going downhill. 'I think i can handle going over it' He didnt really have time to go around the long way, not out in the cold like this. 'You should be too, you've got 4 legs, for heavens sake!'
Closing his eyes, Taron shifted into +anima, twitching slightly when his horns grew. They always itched really anoyingly. With his new claws, Taron crouched down to all fours and started making his way up the hill carefully. He could probably go faster, but wasnt sure how easily Clora would be able to keep up.

"Okay, you go over, I'll go around!" said Clora cheerily, balancing on her hind legs. It would be easier that way. Horses weren't really designed to go up steep hills. Even if she was, technically, a mountain horse. "I'll meet you on the over side of the hill!"
As Clora cantered around the hill, she noticed one thing. Her fur was growing even longer. It was almost woolly in some senses, and parts of it were tangled in some sort of grey mess. Oh well, look at the bright side, in spring she'll shed it all off. Clora smiled at nothing in particular, she was just happy about the world and how lovely it seemed.

'Alright' he nodded, already a good distance up the hill. It was tireing, quite a bit, but he kept going. The image of a warm bed, or just being indoors again, gave him some strength. He really wished he were some kind of furry animal, with a winter coat to keep him warm. Maybe Clora was...he hadnt really paid much attention to her coat, but it had to be more comfortable then his itchy horns or his rough scales. His claws were the only useful part, and, being the pathetic wimp he was, he hardly used them for fighting or anything. Tch.
Oh well, Taron didnt have time to let his mind wander. Clora would probably already be on the other side. Taking a deep breath again, he made his way faster along the steep ground.

Clora waited on the other side of the hill, in her human form, having fun with the frosty air. DRAAAAAGON! Clora was having too much fun to notice anything and, almost forgetting about Taron again, lay on the ground. It was so weird and wet and green and shiny. She just had to lie in it, even though she could catch a cold or some other disease that includes coughing. Sneezing made it worthwhile. Everyone loves the sneezing. The coughing just warmed up your throat, so if anything, it's good to catch a cold. Shouldn't it be called a warm? Clora's mind searched about for things to think about, before finally settling to the sky.
The sky was grey. Grey, grey, grey. Boring grey. The sort of grey you see when you think of maths. It was that boring. All the clouds had grouped together to make a super-giant-evil cloud that conquered the beautiful blue sky above. That cloud looks like a big grey thingy. That one looks like a grey ocean. That one's a grey desert, with the tiny oasis in the middle. Looking at clouds distracted her. Then again, a lot of things distract her.
Then it was time to think about how the grass got wet, but luckily for you, I won't bore you with the details. She decided on water spirits fighting with the earth spirits until they got tired and the plant spirits let the water spirits rest on them.

((XD dragon!!!))
Taron reached the top, finally, and just layed on his front on the grass for a moment. It was wet...great, that would make him more cold, but he was so worn out, what with everything they'd been through today, that he wasnt really that bothered. What was a bit of wet compared to riding Clora, compared to being attacked by a pack of wolves? compared to climbing this blasted hill. Maybe he should have gone around....
Getting up again, Taron stared into the distance. Wow...it was high up here; he could see the whole world, it seemed. How pretty....he looked down, trying to spot Clora down at the bottom. He did! She was down there, lying in the grass....oh no, was she ill? or hurt? ...nah..knowing Clora she was just playing or being easily entertained by something silly. Sighing, he made his way down slowly. 'Cloraaaa!!'

Clora shot up, looking around. Maybe it was one of the tired water spiri- nevermind. It was Taron. When she, finally, saw him, she waved as if she hadn't seen him in years. "Taaaaaron!"
She sat up and rocked herself onto her feet. "...Which way now?" she asked Taron, picking some grass seeds off her clothes. "I know we went over a hill, but that was it." she smiled.
She knew she was going to forget. It's all part of the adventure! Forget everything... Except Taron. Never forget Taron. She yawned, from boredom and sleepiness. Staying up all night and running all the way over to a forest is a lot of hard work. It was a good job they were walking back. If they ran she would surely trip over her own legs. "How about we spin around and go the direction we're pointing at?"
Clora squeezed her eyes shut and pointed at the air, before spinning around in circles. When she fell over (it was a lot of spinning), she opened her eyes. "We go back over the hill."

Taron rolled his eyes. 'Oh no! NO you dont!' he grabbed her shoulder and spun her round again. 'hey! look at that, you're pointing that way now, so lets go that way' he said, pulling her in the direction of the town, Abon. No way in hell was he about to face that hill again.
When the houses started coming into view, Taron smiled, and then turned to Clora. 'Finally...' He clutched his stomach, which had just growled loudly, making him blush. 'Uh...dinner time yet?' he couldnt help letting out a nervous laugh.
He lead her into the town center, and the smell of the local cuisine made his mouth water. He wondered whether he had any money left...

Clora smiled. "...Dinner?" she asked Taron, as if she wasn't really sure what was happening. She even looked up at the sun, just to check that it wasn't past morning. The sun had risen pretty high it the sky, but it still had a way to go. "Ooh! Okay! ...Where do you eat? This town takes a lot of pride in their cooking..."
This was, to be truthful, a guess. The town could possibly take a lot of pride in their cooking, but judging by how many resturants and food stalls, they did take a lot of pride into their cooking. They all seemed to serve the same thing, though, only some of the food wasn't the weird leave dish they had the night before. "There's so men-ny!" moaned Clora, curling up into a ball and balencing on the balls of her feet. It helped her think, in some ways. It helped her think clearly without the millions of food-related things squashed in her face. Now she could think of stuff other than food...
"...Taron, have you picked one yet?"

Taron frowned when Clora curled up into a ball in the middle of the street. Other people were staring. Taron swallowed and knelt down beside her, hesitantly laying a hand on her shoulder. 'Clora....i'll pick something as soon as you tell me what you want...' He looked around. Everywhere seemed to favour that odd leaf-stew; it would be hard to find anything else. Taron didnt really fancy the local speciality right now. Just a simple soup would be nice... He got up again, pulling Clora up by the arm.
'Come on, if your head hurts or something, just hold onto me and try not to get excited' Probably easier said than done for Clora. Taron led them both to a small restaurant-like place, with a menu outside. Luckily Taron could just about read. He scanned the options. Actually this place was quite cheap...which was what you wanted when you only had a tiny bit of cash on you. 'Decided yet what you want?' he asked. For some reason, he didnt mind paying for Clora, as bad as his day had been, though tomorrow they'd have to either find a job or try and swipe some money somewhere.

Clora stared at the menu, touching the little drawings and patterns at the side. She glanced up at Taron and pointed at the writing. "Um, the letters are moving. I can't see what they say." Clora stared at it some more and looked away as if the writing was actually causing her pain. It just so happened her eyes landed on something very interesting. "Ooh! Look! The flower fields over there! I think I saw some last night, I wonder what they're for?!"
Clora kicked her legs under the chair excitedly. Anyone could tell what she was thinking. Field. Field. Field. Field. She looked at Taron pleading. When can we go on the field?!

Taron pressed down on both of her shoulders to keep her still. 'Clora! Dinner time is now! Field time...maybe later, okay?' Taron wasnt ready to face anything else until he was suitable full and properly rested. If Clora couldnt read the menu, he'd just pick something for her. 'You're having a soup, okay?' He guessed that, as she was part horse, she'd perhaps prefer the vegetable soup. He wanted something more meaty. That leaf-stew, nice as it was, hadnt satisfied him completely the previous night.
'Stay here' Leaving her sitting at a table, Taron made his way to the counter at the front. The old woman seemed cheerful enough. He forced a smile. 'Could i order two bowls of soup please, for me and my friend' He motioned to Clora, who was still kicking under the chair and gazing out at the field. The woman nodded. 'Certainly' and told him to sit and wait for his order. Thanking her, Taron moved to sit opposite Clora. 'Foods on it way' he told her.
